Lindeborg publishes the second edition of The Legal Foundations of INTERPOL

The second edition of The Legal Foundations of INTERPOL, the leading treatise on INTERPOL, was published today by Hart Publishing. The book, co-authored by Rutsel Silvestre J. Martha, Courtney Grafton and Stephen Bailey, is a study of the birth and development of an international organisation, situating INTERPOL’s assistance to its members in the law of responsibility. In his foreword, Judge Gaja of the International Court of Justice states that the book “provides an extraordinary wealth of materials, accompanied by a consistently clear analysis”.
