Dr Rutsel Silvestre J Martha is the Director of Lindeborg Counsellors at Law and a Member of the Dutch Advisory Committee on Public International Law. Prior to founding Lindeborg, Dr Martha was a General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at INTERPOL and the UN International Fund for Agricultural Development.
