Kit De Vriese is awarded the second place in the Rosalyn Higgins competition

Kit De Vriese was awarded the joint second place in the prestigious Rosalyn Higgins competition for his article on how to discern the object & purpose of a treaty, in which he analysed all the case law of the International Court of Justice. The article will be published in the new issue of Law and Practice of International Courts and Tribunals.
