Dr Rutsel Martha and Kit De Vriese publish ‘On Their Sovereign’s Secret Service: Special Envoys Detained while in Transit’ in the Chinese Journal of International Law

The Chinese Journal of International Law (Oxford University Press) has published an article co-authored by Dr Rutsel Martha and Kit De Vriese on the diplomatic immunities of so-called ‘special envoys’, ad hoc diplomats entrusted with specific and limited tasks. The article emanated from the case of Mr Alex Saab, a special envoy of Venezuela, in which Lindeborg Counsellors at Law has been instructed.
